Try Before You Commit

Every plan includes a complimentary 3-day free trial with full access to all features — giving you the opportunity to experience the platform before making any payment commitment.

1. Overview

At Notify Beforehand (operated by Eversoft Fzco), we believe in transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.

2. Free Trial

Every subscription plan includes a 3-day free trial with unrestricted access to all features. This trial period is designed to give you ample time to evaluate the platform and determine whether it meets your needs.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly explore the platform during the trial period. Since the trial provides full access at no cost, it serves as your opportunity to make an informed decision before your subscription begins.

3. Refund Policy After Purchase

Because we offer a generous free trial that allows you to fully evaluate the platform before any charges are made, all subscription payments are considered final and non-refundable once the paid subscription period begins.

This applies to both monthly and annual billing cycles. We encourage you to make the most of your trial period so you can subscribe with confidence.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We believe in keeping this process simple and hassle-free:

  • Self-service: Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Billingand click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email: Reach out to us at support@notifybeforehand.com and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the Service for the remainder of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.

5. Annual Plan Cancellations

If you are on an annual plan and choose to cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your annual billing period. Annual subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds for remaining unused months.

We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you would like additional flexibility before committing to an annual subscription.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy does not provide for refunds after the trial period, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • A verifiable billing error or duplicate charge occurred
  • A significant, documented service outage prevented you from using the platform for an extended period

To submit a request for review, please email us at support@notifybeforehand.com with details of your situation. All requests are reviewed at our sole discretion.

7. Refund Processing

In the event that a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle.com to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

8. Plan Changes

If you wish to switch between plans (e.g., from Business to Pro), the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for the difference between plan prices during an active billing cycle.
